No, VideoWrappr is all accessed online; there is nothing to download. You only need to login with your secure access details and then launch the product to fully use it.

The creative Agency Licence gives you full rights to use and see your VideoWrappr exported clips in unlmited ways; for example to create a video wrap, then sell it to your clients at whatever cost you set.

Also included is access to our Monthly Template Club, giving you up to 20 professional templates to use in your videos. Also, the full Graphics Bundle is included as an extra - a truly powerful deal and in-house content added monthly.

Absolutely! Even if you did not purchase the Graphic Bundle immediately after acquiring the software, you can add it your account at ANY time. Doing so, will give you a powerful extension to the creative ability of the software: backgrounds, animnated gifs, video holder templates...endless options and up to 20 templates added EVERY month!

Our operational times

When posting a ticket, please note our Support Desk hours:
09:00 - 17:00 UK Time (GMT).

Tickets posted outside of these hours will be queued for review during normal office hours as stated above.

Only post one support ticket at a time. If you post multi tickets, they will be rejected by the system and our assistance to your issue will be delayed.

We aim to answer all support tickets within 24 hours and within our stated Suport Desk operational hours. Please be patient as we get to your ticket and deal with the question(s) raised.
